You can return most items within 7 days of delivery as long as they’re unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. To start a return, email support@bandshirtsaustralia.com and we’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

Some items (like clearance, custom, or heavily discounted products) are final sale and can’t be returned.
